Our goal is simple: we’ll help you pack what you love, sell what you don’t, and leave your property totally empty.
First, we’ll carefully box up the items you want to keep and set them safely aside. Once your keepsakes are secure, we’ll sort through the rest of the house. We organize everything, separating the items we can sell from the things we’ll donate or toss.
Next, we’ll host your estate sale. It’s a great way to turn unwanted furniture and household goods into cash to help cover your moving expenses. Our pricing structure is straightforward: you keep 60% of the sales revenue, and 40% goes to us for managing the event.
When the sale is over, you won’t be stuck dealing with the leftovers. We’ll box up the remaining items and donate them on your behalf. Whether you’d like to support a local animal shelter, a homeless shelter, the Salvation Army, or your favorite charity, we’ll make sure your items go to a good cause. Finally, we’ll do a thorough trash-out to remove any remaining debris.
By the time we’re done, your home will be completely empty and ready for a cleaning crew. We’ll handle the heavy lifting so you’re fully ready to focus on your new beginning.
